Greek Goddess Dip Mix

A classic delicacy seasoned with rosemary and garlic. To prepare cheeseball, blend mix with 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 3 to 4 tablespoons sour cream and 3/4 cup finely shredded cheese. If desired, add chopped black or green olives. Chill thoroughly. For an easy dip, stir mix into a pint of sour cream and chill for several hours. Serve with sliced carrots, celery, or kohlrabi, florets of cauliflower and broccoli. Wheat-free. To make a Vegan Dip, blend package ingredients with 16 ounces of Toffuti Sour Supreme. Chill for 12 hours. Serve with crackers, chips and vegetables.
