Caramel Truffle Dessert Cheeseball-Dip

Sweet, buttery smooth caramel dip that is divine with sliced fresh apples or strawberries, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or pretzles. Easy to prepare. Simply blend mix into 8-ounces of softened cream cheese and 2 Tablespoons sour cream. (A few pulses in a food processor makes this a snap.) Makes a divine cupcake frosting. Or a lovely cheese ball. Blend mix with 8 oz. softened cream cheese. Add sour cream 1 Tablespoon at a time until the mixture can be formed into a ball. Turn onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Chill, and then garnish, if desired, with chopped nuts, coconut, mini chocolate chips, or cake decorating sprinkles.
